Very brave first post, welcome, The main thing is, you want to improve. you noticed, some of the flaws in your game, but if i was you. Make the same thread over on the Ask The Instructor category.
They can put you on the right path. Nice run though👍

Ok thanks. I will work on my game a bit and will post again there when I've fixed a few things highlighted here.

If you watch your movement towards the cue ball on your forward stroke on this shot:

you can see that you facilitate your move forward by increasing the bend in your elbow. Some instructors, e.g. Mark Wilson, teach that you should lock your bridge arm straight. You might want to try that to see if it will stop you from swaying forward..

He really needs to go watch video of top players. Watch their PSR as well as their delivery. IMO its WAY easier to watch-mimic than to go by what someone says on a forum. His stroke isn't too bad, he just need to see/grasp how good players do it. Watch some of Niels' stuff, he really is someone to copy.
Ck out Mark Wilson as well, he got good position for the next shot, small sample size, results speak for themselves.

To minimize body movement, lock the back knee and keep that leg straight -- that anchors the bottom of the body -- and lock the bridge arm -- that anchors the upper body.
