If Ga Young is to be considered a European woman, I think it would be only fair to consider Dennis Orcullo an American woman.
I read something about Allison Fischer on Wikipedia a couple of days ago that said she played in one of the Mosconi Cups years ago with the men. It didn't give further details.
Yes, that's true. It was in the late 1990's, I think. There was an experiment and each team had a woman. Team America had Jeanette Lee and Team Europe had Allison Fisher.

I was well aware that the European top ten men would tear up the top 10 Americans, but it would be even worse for the women. The European team you choose is five of the greatest women players of all time! And the Asians are right up there, too.
I'd like to say I can explain the lack of top level American women players, but I can't.

It's the level of instruction I think they also learn pocket speed and play closer to the center of the cue ball nothing fancy they just pocketing balls then later picking up the fancy stuff
I'm speaking of Euro player Asian the same except they play more on the edges

Have to disagree with you on this one. I think the Euro and Asian teams would make for a great match-up! The Asians may be more skilled, but I think the experience and camaraderie of the Euros would balance that out.
If there were ever such a match and you want to give me any odds favoring the Asians, I'll bet!
