Awesome, this is more like IT!!!. In the 90s we had several players always getting in magazines, News Reports and TV Shows. Jeanette has always been one of the greatest promoters and it always starts with promoting the people playing the Game.....then and only then does the Game benefit. Way to go Jeanette!!!

Also please note that the media covered a charity event...something I (and others) have noted many times in the "How do we make pool more popular?" threads.
The media knows that 999 out of 1000 of its viewers don't know anything about pool. But they all know what a disabled or sick child is. A news segment has to touch a base in the viewer's psyche; otherwise it's a wasted effort.
Unless Lady Gaga starts playing pool, our best bet is to get on the charity program.

Asked the question of why she was not invited to join a BB team here. As another poster said, they probably could not afford to sign her. She promotes but evidently at a high price. Smart, very smart.
