I figure my first cue of the new me will be completed in about 3 months. I don't know if it will go under my old RT Custom Cues or Tcue name as of yet. I spent much of today with my friend and old cue making partner Rich today and would like him involved but don't know for sure yet if it will be present or future.

Here is the deal however. I will ship it in an inexpensive case to whoever asks from the A to Z Board with at least 50 posts in the continental USA. From there it will be picked up and shipped to the next on the list etc etc, freight on me.

My reason for this? I want to be picked to pieces on my cue by my peers and players who frequent A to Z on playability, quality of wood, finish and whatever. The people can post openly or PM me. Things not liked I want to know so I can improve.

I do this the same way I play pool, I don't want to play people I am supposed to beat, I want to play people that are supposed to beat me. This is the only way I truly know how to improve. Hence I want the hardest critique. I am up for being knocked on my butt, hopefully you are up for knocking me there and making a better cue maker of me.

Thanks

Okay, Joe and Danny first on the list. Canada is a BIG place, if it is just over the USA line no problem. I get the biggest discounts UPS or FedEx allow, one of the perks of being a retired share holder of a MFG firm.

I'm In

Send it to me I'd love to shoot with it ......I'll tell you what I think.... I'm just outside Albany N.Y. I can give you a hand with shipping if it helps....Ray Weeks:grin:

I'm in for getting together and play.

CueWorld, your a Home Boy. My roots are Glens Falls NY, 50 miles north of you. My playing field was The Empire Billiard Lounge known as "Charlies" back in the 60's Chalies dad opened it in the late 1800's and had some of the sweetest old Brunswick tables one could ever play on. He also had a 3 cushion table from back then, non heated, LOL, with a heavy cloth on it. Might drop it off to you, I still visit old friends out that way a couple few times a year.

I'd love to give it a try.

I am also in Florida (St Augustine/Palm Coast), so if anybody gets together maybe I can stop by and try it out as well. Kill a few birds with one stone.

Bill, the crazy thing is I just spent over the last 10 years of my life in Fernandina Beach Florida. My company (now my partners company) is in Yulee off 17 (Main St) and A1A called SoyThane. One of our Web Sites is WWW.Soythane.com

Darcy, unfortunately it does cost more for the last user to ship to Canada, and then have it tied up in Customs for however long they wish.

If you need a tester, send me one of your cues when you start turning them out. People in Regina seem to be fascinated lately with jump cues. I could let a few of the more serious players in Regina test hit some.

In fact, the guy who is going to meet you in Edmonton this weekend might be a good candidate for a jump cue and I suspect you will have one with you.

If it gets to arizona, I'd love to try it out. I'm in Tempe and would be glad to pay shipping to the next guy:thumbup:
Just got my table set up and I'm playing 1 or 2 hours a day so I wouldn't need it for long.

Stick me on the list, Oregon here. I play leagues, tournaments everyday of the week. Would be a good opportunity to get your works seen in the Pacific Northwest. I would differently put it through it's paces.
