Still haven't heard from Brian Russell and Focused Apparel. Still out $87.10. It's not the money, it's the principle.

This is the first I've heard about this issue, and it's good to know who to avoid..

Sorry to hear about that. I have some Magic Chalk I am selling here and there, that I could send you for free- if you like? They are 9 bucks a box, I'll glady send you some for free, if that makes you feel any better? Send me a PM if you like.

What cue(s) do you own? I have a lot of shafts laying around I could turn you on to for ultra cheap. Like 25 dollars cheap for a schon shaft with little or no play, for example. Which, you could then turn around and sell and make triple that, pretty easy. Or just keep and play with!

Again, I am offering you this gesture because I don't like seeing people get the "sticks" put to them.

Response to Questionable Comments

Not sure about the comments from the people that don't care. What I do know is that more than one person has had this problem with Focused Apparel (read all the links to the threads). I'm happy to accept the responsibility as a disgruntled consumer to warn others. Also would be happy to talk to anyone in person who thinks I'm whining. Reiteration: I'm Extremely happy to discuss face to face with anyone that has an issue to the concern I'm raising. When you pay for something, you expect to get it, Not the Run around and empty promises. Whomever disagrees, feel free to send me $87.10 with no products delivered or services rendered.

Christmas Surprise

Received $80 of the $87.10 owed to me back from Focused Apparel via Paypal. Although is not all of the money, it is certainly most of it. I want to thank the AZ community for their support and comments. I have a feeling that the forums had an influence on me getting most of the money back. Happy Holidays to all.

Twas actually quite a Rude response. Yes, the majority of the AZB Membership do care.

This is one of those Threads. If'n ya don't like it, at least have some respect and not say anything.

Good luck Buddy. 3 months is a long time to be patient. USPS is quicker than that.
