For Sale by Predator...

Ok, just curious...what is the target audience for this product being introduced by Predator??? WTF???

It is on the Facebook Predator page. What are they thinking?

In most states it is illegal to have a double edge blade as well as having a concealed weapon.

I think they have lost their minds.

i think its pretty cool...cutting edge advertising no pun intented. i like the add personally but each to their own

cool ad

I agree the advertising is cool, but I'm thinking of the legal side of things.

It won't be long until someone is sued because they are selling a weapon, not a pool cue, and stating that it is "killer" only entices those who are buying weapons and not cues. JMHO

I don't want to be in a pool hall where one thinks this is what they need to survive.

I think its just an advertisement and a way for them to get there point across, its not the actual cue but saying it is a lethal weapon on the inside. The actual cue is pictured underneath.

Did you name the image or is that the image name from facebook?

The only reason I ask is that the name of the image is ghetto.jpg. This would lead me to believe that this is actually a spin-off that someone came up with from their original ad. However if you renamed the picture, then I get it.

Maybe someone came up with this, and they (predator) thought it cool to put up on their facebook. Like it was posted on their wall by a fan or something of that nature, or even e-mailed to them. I'm guessing it will not be a true ad campaign from predator. It just strikes me as a photoshop spinoff, I don't know.

Just my speculation.

A few years back didnt McDermott actually make some god awful looking cue that was a weapon... if i remember ir looked like a midevil axe with blades everywhere...

Yea its just a ad , there talkin about the cues that are pictured below ..

The Mcdermott mid-evil axe was AWSOME !!!

they aren't selling the pictured item with concealed knife. It is merely a picture illustrating the tagline of the new P3 cues having exotic looks, but having killer technology under it's skin.

Hence, the picture of the actual cues underneath it!

Interesting ad design, I must say. I guess my previous speculation was wrong. Meh, not the first time, probably not the last. :)

It got us talking about it. The true point of advertisement. So I would say it's working so far.

cool..ad. Made me laugh for a moment. I don't think they intended to sell at concealed weapons cane/ pool stick. It's pretty catchy ad tho.

IT IS A METOFOR, THE 2 CUES BELOW IT ARE WHAT IS FOR-SALE, NOT THE KNIFE CANE..................THIS ONE WENT OVER YOUR HEAD..........LOL:thumbup:

They aren't selling a weapon. It is just suggestive advertising.

ad

I have seen a cue with a true 10" dagger in it. They do make those. I'm truly amazed that this is the angle they have taken for the advertisement.

There are cues available that have weapon/daggers concealed inside.
There was one for sale on eBay not too long ago. Yes, it did sell and it was advertised as a weapon.

If this is what Predator wants people to look at to think that their product is awesome, I'm not seeing it. I do have predator products in my home and honestly like what they have to offer, but I just feel this has gone too far. That's all.

You actually thought that Predator was selling a cue with a knife in it? Really? Seriously?

Awesome

With a cue like that Your win loss record would go up for sure! The only problem is when all the top players in the world are found beheaded behind a poolhall, you might become there number one suspect:eek::wink:

Omg!!!

When did crawfish get hired @ Predator cue company?

At least, when did he become the head of their advertising department.

I guess this cue would be popular in his neck of the woods.:p:D
