Fraudulent Ebay Huebler Custom Chess Cue

Tried to buy this same cue twice about 4-5 years ago on ebay. Each time the sale went sideways and the listing disappeared. The listing is the same, so buyers beware. Zero feedback for the seller. Once it was for sale on the west coast, the listing ended early, and within five minutes appeared with the same listing, different seller in Florida.

From what I have learned, only seven of these cues were built by Mr. Huebler. I have the exact cue in the listing with the case from 1984. It is in unplayed condition. If someone wants one from a legitimate seller, mine may be available for the right price. When the economy improves I have other rare Hueblers which may be sold.

Maybe sometime I will get my favorite Huebler, the best IMO ever.

The US OPEN cue.

Ken

Thanks

Thanks for the heads up, I was eye-balling that one.
How's that US open cue? I'd really like one, but alas times are tough.

Us open huebler

My US Open cue is available for sale or trade. Like new with Huebler case for $2000 or trade up or down. Paul Huebler will probably sell his last one. The price was $3200. when I was there about 18 months ago.

Man oh man, that's nice!

Sorry, but I'm drooling a little. I suppose I could stop looking for a nice Gold Crown or a Diamond Pro, just play on my old Bristol by Brunswick, and spend the money on a new cue.

Any older guy I played off and on with 20 years ago had a cue like this one and the shafts looked just like this and I never seen shafts like this before and I remember asking him why the shafts were black like that and he said it was the magic !!!LOL. nice cue's by the way definetly keepers !!<<< ED

Ebony spliced shafts!!

Craig, Those shafts are so cool. I think I remember you saying Paul made three like that. I have a three old Brunswick cues with ebony ended shafts and have wondered if the shaft end could be made to fit a newer cue. I will be back in Missouri for Thanksgiving and plan to visit Paul if he is up to company. Can bring back supplies if you need anything from him. My daughter lives in Seattle and we get out your way often. Bob H.

im a heubler die hard....and you guys need to stop teasing me.

he made the BEST production cue EVER, or at least tied with SCHON...but I like pauls unique designes better.
all his cues have a very consistent hit.

McDermott,Viking and all the rest WISH they made cues like paul....just had bigger factories and overtook the market.

If I win the powerball tomorrow night I will fix you up. Bob
Bob, thanks I'll keep my fingers crossed.
If you don't win I'll still be able to dig something up to shoot with, it might not be a US Open, but it will be okay.
Bill
