Free cue

In aprox 2 weeks I will be giving away a Pechauer JP-10 to someone who needs
a cue. I request your stories. This cue is used but straight. Maybe some others can chip in with a case or something but not necessary. A while back someone did the same for a friend of mine and now it is my turn to pay it forward.
I cleaned up the shaft. Please don't be someone who just wants another cue.
I really want this to go to someone that truly needs a cue.
I will read every submission To my daughter and notify the person she chooses.
Ideally I would like to put together a package for someone top help them out.

Very nice thing to do, pass on "good vibes" is something to strive after.
I have some similar ideas I´m thinking on but the "blueprint" isn´t done yet. Pool and everything around it has so much to give and is given that explained "right" would make the kids and their parents more than happy to play the game imo.

This is for certain one of those things imo:smile:.

That is very nice of you! I'm sure there are many deserving people out there who can put the cue to good use.

As a fellow Montanan I would love to help with the package. I don't really have a case that would work, but I would be glad to chip in a couple of original accu stats dvd's, just pm your address and I'll send them on horseback, or by mail.
 
1x1 case

I have a 1x1 case that is practically brand new that I can donate. Let me know if you need the case and where to ship it to. A few years ago I gave a couple of cues to kids on AZB. It's a good feeling and kudos to you too..

Free Cue

Can the story be PMd to you? I have a good sad story as to why I would like a cue. But wouldnt want it public.
 
That's an awesome thing to do. There are tons of great people on AZ. I hope who ever gets this cue will remember this.
 
while I think this thread is an incredibly nice gesture by the op (I really do), I believe it could be just as effective and satisfying to all if it were posted on the main forum rather than here on wanted for sale.

That would avoid clogging up the commerce section of az as there are sure to be plenty of "stories" being shared hoping to get this free cue.

I think I might be a good candidate for your offer to pay it forward. If you check out my posts you will see an unfortunate incident occurred with my cue being stolen. I had planned on saving up for a sweet cue, but my dad went into the hospital about two Weeks ago with the flu and things went downhill from there. He had multiple mini strokes last Thursday while on life support. He's breathing on his own now but hasn't woken up in over a week. The problem is I live in Florida, and he lives in north Carolina. I obviously have to fly up sooner than later, so my dreams of a big cue will have to take a back seat, and for a while because I'll use up my savings while out of town being with family. Making $10/hr isn't helping either =(. I am a pool junkie with a major cue fetish and being a player, I'll obviously pay this cue forward when I can finally scoop up that jmw or tasc I dream of. Pm me if you want to know more about me or my situation. I'm doing this on my cell phone but will be at work tonight so I'll have access to internet. Thanks.

Just a quick note to say thank you. The response has been amazing. Looks like it will be more than just a cue going to a deserving person. I would like to do this at least once a year. Some very good stories so far and if possible there will be more than one cue going out. If any other would like to help out paying it forward please let me know . For everyone that does help I will make a really cool antler chalker for them as a thank you from me. Again thank you so much.

I love your post and what u are doing I think I would be a good candidate for the cue package I am on a fixed income and I don't have a cue to play with right now I would be greatly appreciated if u choose me I love the game of pool it's just because I am on a fixed income I can't afford a cue well I hope this helps and God bless
 
nice gesture, wrong section, and even if there were something for sale or wanted to buy, bumps are allowed only once every 48 hours. This is your 3rd bump since yesterday.

this rule is designed to be fair to those who are trying to sell here, that their listings don't get pushed off the first pages so quickly.

so while you are looking to do something nice for someone on the one hand, you are doing something not so nice to others.

why not post this in the main forum where it belongs and delete it here?

Ok here she is My Little girl Tori she is 10yrs old.

Here is the story I brought her to the Pool room about three weeks ago just to see how she would do.

To my amazement I showed her what to do and she took the same stance with a closed bridge and started making shots I couldn't believe it. My Friends and other pool players all came over and said she's got it. :thumbup: Even Jean Balukas said her focus and posture is great.

This is only the 4th time she played and she wont stop asking to come and play now. Everyone wants to teach her now.

It would be a real nice gesture if you gave her a cue.

Ok I realize that this is in the wanted for sale section and that may be the wrong thread however seems to get a way better response here than in the main forum.
Still looking for some more stories.
