Hello Everyone,

Some people say that Friday the 13th is bad luck. Well this past Friday was pretty good for me. I received a Murray Tucker bocote FS player and an ultra rare Danny Tibbitts four pointer from Little Kenny.

Thanks for looking,
Chris

Awesome pictures, Chris. It looks like my weight bolt engraving and polishing don't hold up to the macro test though. That will give me something to shoot for next time.

Wow Chris. Both are awesome cues! I love the s.s. joints with the solid black
phenolic collars. My favorite. Congrats on the pickups. Hope we can meet up
at the SBE.

i think an ee wrap would look sweet chris....cgs on some nice wood...see you in a couple of months...

Great pics! That Tucker has some beautiful bocote and like Shamadan, I'm a fan of the black collars with stainless joint look. I also really like the way the bumper-less end was done and personalized.

I'm not big for most types of leather wraps as I really like linen or wrapless but I do think that the Tibbetts would be complimented by ee.

Congrats on a very lucky Friday the 13th.

Congratulations Chris, Those are two beautiful cues...

I'd also go with the elephant ear simply because Irish linen is my least favorite type of wrap...never could get used to the feel....
Either way, that Tibbits is a rare gem and you sir...are a very lucky man...
Love the TCW too...

Both cues are incredible players and should be worked out like a racehorse. The Tibbitts cue stands on its own with or without the addition of an exotic wrap.

If your player needs to be ee than by all means do it, but the value or collectibility of the cue will maybe only be increased by the value of the wrap.

Keep these cues out of there cases and ride 'em hard and put them away wet!!. Figuratively speaking of course ;)

Wow!

Tibbets. For years many collectors have only wished. You are very fortunate and lucky to own some of the rarest and most desirable of collectable Cues.

Both great cues! Congrats & enjoy.
Personally, I don't think a classic look like the Tibbits needs an EE wrap, unless you're uncomfortable with the feel of linen & it's your main player. Nothing says classic like what's on there, or smooth black leather. But I'm a linen guy w/ my players. jmo...

Nice cues Chris. Think the elephant is the way to go.

You have TOO many nice cues, if I got door duty this year, I'm not letting you in this time!:p

They used to be as rare as hens teeth, but if Kenny keeps flooding the market they'll be as common as Mc Dermotts ;).

Thanks for the compliment on the pictures. I have absolutely NO issue with this cue. In fact, it is the very best cue I've ever played with. Bar none. It breaks like a monster. I can do anything with the cueball that I want. It almost feels weightless when I'm playing. I think that is the goal of every cuemaker. And I thank you for making me this cue.

This was the exact kind of answer I was looking for in regards to the wrap. I know you have had several in the past including one of the new ones.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Thank you all for the nice comliments. It is truly appreciated.

Chris, you are charmed to recieve such beautiful cues on friday the 13th. I think ee wrap would compliment the Tibbitt's but looks great as is. Murray is a great guy i think. Enjoy!
