I just went back to page one and took another look at your table. Man, that is a beauty and worth every cent you are asking and then some.
Have you considered making up a flyer with that picture on it and sending it out to a bunch of interior designers letting them know it is available, and explaining a little bit about the Anniversary's place in the history and lore of pool, and it's value. It is such a beautiful and classic design and light years beyond an oak Olhausen with leather pockets for someone redoing a custom home. You might even look into restorers so if needed you could provide a turn key to a prospective owner should they want a fully restored table. Your Anniversary is something very unique, rather than just a pool table, that a designer can bring to the party when they are remodeling a home.
There is a buyer for that beauty out there that wants that table. They just haven't seen it yet and don't know it's there.
