FS/FT- Brunswick Anniversary 9 FT. Table

Not an expert, however I learned much through my 9' Sport King
which is also a 55-59 model.

The formica rails came out in 1955 per a very rare Brunswick catalog
I have for the 1959-1960 season.

The emblem on your table was last seen on 1959 models, as the 1960
models all had that "B" symbol on them due to the corporate
change from Brunswick-Balke-Collender to just Brunswick.

There is a pool room in Salem, Oregon called Cue Ball that features
exclusively Anniversary and Centennial tables. The owner, Jim Lebold
is an expert on this subject and he told me that the 55-59 models
were the best ever produced.

Good luck with your sale.

Thanks Asiasdad, I knew someone out there could solve the label mystery.
I always thought it was older than 1963. I'm going to change the date now.
It truly is the best table I've ever played on.
Thanks again for the info.

Cars, musical instruments, furniture, art. A little early for cues.

Right on for tables. That's a monster. That asiasdad dating is the stuff you want from a forum like this.

Great info about the date of the table. The Anniversary is a monster player. The pool room in one of the bowling alleys I frequented had Anniversarys and they were a dream to play on and drop dead gorgeous to boot.

About the only thing more beautiful than a Brunswick Anniversary is a room full of them.

Well I had to try... My car is actually for sale, if it sells soon, I'll be contacting you.

Good luck with your sale, it's beautiful.

This table will make you cool too. As soon as I walk away from it
I turn back into a dweeb.
