Cue is in very good shape...just a few minor scratches..and a ding or two in the shaft towards the bottom. 58" 19.3 oz. Breaks and jumps great...just don't need another one. Cue is straight and shaft is smooth.

Shaft is 13mm

SOLD!

Thanks,

Jeremy

Still looking for offers...

Satisfaction is guaranteed on every cue I sell...if you don't like..just send it back for a full refund.

Thanks,

Jeremy

This Sledgehammer (for what I can see in the logo) is the one made in Taiwan with Mike's specs. Sledgehammer's made on his shop should go for at least double. Good break cue anyway.

Hi Steve...I offered u a full refund if u sent the cue back to me...u said u wanted to keep it. Ur deal is with Mcdermott now...

I wish u all the best,

Jeremy[/quote]

J,

the point being that you sold a defective cue...whether you knew it or not.

the fact that i liked the cue and wanted to keep it isn't the issue
...if you had realized the defects, you would've had to ship it to McDermott out of your own pocket anyway.

sure you offered to refund me for the cue but you would've had to refund the shipping back to you anyway since the cue was defective...yes?

same difference in paying for the shipping costs whether it be from me to McD or me back to you.

if you really think about it,
because I sent it to be repaired you would actually save on 1 ship cost since you'd have to cover both the shipping from me back to you and you'd likely have to send it out to McD yourself incurring another shipping cost.

I can arrange for McD to send it back to you for a full refund including the extra shipping costs.

make sense?

thanx.

_Steve

I offered you refund...I even told you I would refund you $135 if you wanted Mcdermott to send it back to me. You never responded...and now I get negative feedback...cheap cues for cheap people...it's not worth it.

It says send it back to me...not send it to Mcdermott for a refund....you got a steal on this cue and that is why you wouldn't return it....I told several people about this deal and they all said the same thing...it's sad...I buy/sell 3-10K cues every week and a guy buys one for $125 and tries to ruin my rep...good luck.

J,

what reply are you referring to???
below is the last pm that you sent me...if you sent any others,
i definitely did not receive it.

you did not offer to refund me $135...the last pm i received from you was on 11/23 which read:

J,

sent it back today to McD for inspection/repair.
i'd appreciate it if you could refund me the shipping costs...it's only $7.45.

thanks.

no where in any of my pm's does it state that you would refund me for the cue (great deal or not) plus the additional shipping that I incurred (it's only $7.45 but the principle is what matters here).

again,
no how did you mention to me that you would cover my extra shipping expense.

and furthermore,
if you had answered my last pm,
i wouldn't have had to post this in the public forum.

lastly,
enough with the name-calling...as in your trader notification to me.
i tried to be polite, factual and extremely civil and you come back with calling me a 'nit'.

for anyone who cares to know,
I've been buying, selling and trading online for literally 100's of transactions.
my ebay feedback is 100% positive (forgedcbdude),
as well as on various golf-sites where I've bought and sold upwards of $20,000 of golf equipment with no problems whatsoever...
if anything,
i always understate the condition so the buyer is pleasantly surprised.

It says in the first post that he offered you a refund. I would happy to pay $7 to get a new cue. Because I am sure Mcdermott is going to send you one. JMO

what does my first post in this thread say?

Sorry if you didn't get my last PM...my offer still stands. Have Mcdermott send the cue back to me. When I get it...I will refund you $135. I always offer a refund for whatever I sell...this cue is no different.

Regards,

Jeremy

yes he did...
but I didn't want a 'new' McD sledgehammer as I think the one in topic plays and feels much better than the current production models.

I also did let McD know that I did NOT want a new one...just to have the jump pin glued back in and flush.
