Just to make a couple points clear...this cue isn't really butt heavy...no more than any other 19oz fullsplice. Fullsplice cues indeed tend to be somewhat butt heavy by nature being that the forearms are normally maple & a lighter wood than the heavier wood thats spliced into the rear. This cue would feel butt heavy had I used a G10 or aluminum pin..but thats not the case as I used the heaviest pin available, a brass radial type pin that helps add weight to the nose of the cue. So...in summary...this cue feels like most any other 19oz fullsplice. If I had to make this cue today...ebony w/ringwork & a 314...it would be in the $600 range.
