I've been full-splicing like a mad man . I have so perfected my skills on my method's , such as jigs for splicing into cored round handles . I'm able to put these together and have no run out ,the time it takes to perfect these was pain staking . I will be doing a new updated full-splice complete build write up soon. these will be wrap-less enjoy pics. D Hill

This one I built for myself ,It's been years since I had a new cue. this cue plays so good its unreal . these full-splice cues play like no other and I've hit like all woods and cue construction there is and these take the cake. mine has a Brazilian rosewood forearm cocobolo handle , of course these are the finest woods in my shop , I put the away for a rainy day. will post more pics of it soon my camera battery's died.

That is perfection! I don't know how you do it, but your shafts deflect so little, and they are not even laminated or hollow near the tip end. Yet very solid hit. I wonder if full spliced butt have an effect on the deflection being so low?

Thanks guys, I like to say it moves the ball so effortlessly like half your normal stroke.

my new little cue I call the RockStar Energy cue... I did the veneers like the RockStar stuff...

Nice work

Very, very nice work. Always impressed to see what you continue to come up with. Thanks for the pics.

Darrin,

Wow and all the time I thought you got those from Schmelke. :kma:

Seriously, you have created the full splice nirvana. With your new joining method & techniques, you are like the Starship Enterprise, boldly going where no man has been before.

Keep up the great work. See you soon.

I am sure you can get a least a few hundred dollars each for those new full spicers finished with 2 shafts. :groucho::rotflmao1:

I really like the BEM forearm with straight grain points and bocote handle.

HOT!

I'd be interested in a price, if possible.

Thanks for sharing,
Chris

Darrin..the RockStar energy cue is one sick cue! Are you planning on completing the other cues with similar style butt sleeves, joints and rings? You can PM me if that's better but what does a cue with this new wood configuration start at?

Also wanted to add that I really like the placement of the star.

Please post the other finished pics when you get them done. Great stuff!
