Those hangy down pants that Beaver head is wearing are known in the Middle East as 7 Day Chitters.
When walking down the street, the back end waves back and forth, giving an onlooker the impression that there is something in there.
Makes it look like the person dropped a couple of loads in there, and they think it looks cool.
