If you have to hang around somewhere, at least they have a very nice view!
I was working a job where you had to have a safety line attached if your head was more than six feet off the ground or a platform with handrails. I decided it was time to take a break.
After walking a couple hundred feet I found a friend hanging around. He had been working off of a six foot ladder and it somehow went over sideways and slid far enough he couldn't drag it back. His toes were almost touching the platform and he had been hanging there fifteen minutes or so in that noisy unit that was up and running while we worked. The longer he hung there the madder he got but nobody could hear his yells!
He was very glad I found him before one of the bosses or plant officials found him. Incidents like that can get you fired, a concern when he first fell. By the time I got there he was ready to quit anyway!
Before I agree that there is a foot lift, I'll have to reexamine the tape in very slow motion to...but I don't see it at this time.
But let's go with it, are you suggesting that without a alleged foot lift, the 65 lb - 10 year old would have withstood that full power kick from the 7 foot, 260 lb giant?
