Back in the 1970's Ricky wrote a book called "Cards as Weapons" where he gives detailed instructions on how to throw cards among other things. I have the book and it is tucked away in a box somewhere in my attic. He has been a card mechanic for a lot of years. I'll have to climb the attic stairs and see if I can find it.
