Cute, but now I'm gonna go deep Nerd on you.

In college, I worked the Chem Labs and after successfully completing my Organic Chemistry course, I was the Nerd responsible for creating all the "unknowns" for the students taking Organic Chemistry to identify. It was in that environment I learned to refer to water as "hydrogen hydroxide", as chemically it is composed of a hydrogen ion (H+) bonded to a hydroxide ion (OH-). Combining them, you get H-OH or H2O.
