Reminds me of a sign I saw at somebody else's business in the eighties. I liked it so much I found one for my office. "Everybody that crosses my threshold makes me happy. Some coming, some by going!"
That Pepto-Bismol pink door reminds me of a house I looked at, interested in buying. The whole bathroom was painted Pepto-Bismol pink. Not wanting to live in a house behind those people was a major reason for not buying that one. Anybody that would do that to a bathroom, no telling what other weirdness might be hidden waiting to be found!
I was a painting son of a gun in those days. My bedroom had only slightly more acceptable purple walls and ceiling. Not one of those delicate pastel shades, doctor your eyes purple! One day I bought a gallon of paint and a roller. I painted four walls, the ceiling, and most of the floor in fifteen minutes although admittedly the floor was a little lagniappe. Ugly mottled brown tile, the white paint didn't do it any harm in my opinion.
