I rode a bike up a 30% grade a couple weeks ago and no way I'd be comfortable with a driveway like that, much less believe a roadway built with anything that approaches it could be approved for public use.

No. I meant to only do the bottom loop, but didn't realize when I started the upper one...and the upper began with a drop down an awesome gravel descent...and I had disc brakes and fat tires and I am not one smart...I couldn't say no.
