You add another crossbar like underneath. At some point it would get extremely unwieldy. One more lock would probably get there if we aren't already.And what happens if you need to add another key holder?
As is often the case, a solution in search of a problem…

I don't know much about combinating locks, what are the two extra keys?
If you add 1 master pin 2 keys will fit.
If you add 2 master pins 4 keys will fit.
If you add 3 master pins 8 keys will fit.
I am surprised with the setup originally posted there weren't 2 holes and padlocks at least in location. That setup would require / allow 2 people to access as subordinates. 1 can't get in without the other.

Thieves look for easy and quick scores. All a lock does is slow them down a bit.
Even a gun safe is fairly easy to break into using a cutoff wheel. Just cut through the side... not the door. Check it out on YouTube

i spoke with butter knife today. she works with taking orders, some of which are sent from the webshop to the order email. been doing it for 5 years. "we have a webshop??" she asked today. yes, the menu tab that says "webshop" on the website you visit regularly leads you there.. those emails don't pop up out of nowhere
