Where's the pool table?

it's a fold up bed. the table is under there. the car goes outside when playing... why it's ever inside I'll never understand.
No way, cars stay outside, and pool tables go inside..
The bimmer will need work often sooner or later forever.
OK, this is a head scratcher. I assume someone added a diagonal line to a 'no smoking' icon. But where is this? I see a yellow road stripe, drains and armco. But what is with the big barrels and posts and the handrail in the foreground?
Initially amused, but now I'm fixated on figuring it out.
