Funny pic/gif thread...

Yup. Our Kit, turned 7 yesterday, was gold as a pup. Easy, easy, easy. Got him at 8 weeks. Peed one time, EVER, in the house. Super compliant, sweet.

We got his biological brother two years later at 17 weeks. (BROdy. Bro, get it?😁)

We thought we had made the biggest mistake. Undisciplined, crazy, wild. (See photo my last post. Bro is on the right. Kit-boy, heterochromia eyes on the left.)

Eighteen months later, we had *the* *best* *dog*.

Love these two. These are our 3rd and 4th BCs. I can’t imagine ever having another breed of dog. Crazy smart.

Lest I offend any engineers with my previous comment- True story:

I've given a lot of presentations in my career from intra-corporation conference rooms to technical presentations in front of several hundred people. I always tried to open my remarks with a joke or anecdote, preferably something topical to put the audience and myself at ease.

Once found myself about to give a presentation to a large group of engineers. Since I'm not an engineer, I couldn't come up with anything related to engineering which I thought appropriate. I was out of ideas, and running out of time. So as I was traveling to the event, I called my son, who is an engineer. I explained my dilemma and asked him for a 'good engineer joke'. His reply - 'Dad, I'm an engineer. We don't joke.'

I repeated that conversation as my opening remark, and it was well received. I've met few people with a better sense of humor than my engineer son!

I have a degree in Engineering. My first thought was of Scott Adams and all the jokes he's made lampooning engineers that I've been fond of throughout the years.
