Well, since I don't know, I don't know.

Observations:

• Looks like a candid snap of some dude on a subway
• First known appearance was June 11, 2024 on Reddit
• The shoes are "Rat Slippers" by Imran Potato (imranpotato.com)
• The pants are likely "Blue Lighting Pants" (or Light Blue Lighting Pants) by PHOBIA, sold by Atipici Shop

It took a lot of effort to assemble something like that and even more chutzpah to wear it!
