The Josswest is a scam also that cue is owned by an AZbr Cuemaster98.

Hi Guys,

Yes the JossWest is my cue and I've also reported to Ebay. They say that they won't pull the listing because there not enough evidents...told them to do a search for completed item and they will find my previous listing. They won't do it....I just sent them the item number.

Hello Duc,

My name is Mario and I want to thank you for taking the time to contact
us with this information, as I understand how this situation could be of
some concern.

I've reviewed the information that you have sent in regarding the item
200149003350. At this point find that we do not have enough evidence to
show that the member has violated any eBay rules or policies or that the
image or text used in this auction was taken from your item
320155155996, as your listing began after the one you reported.

If you feel we are mistaken and you're able to provide us with an item
number of your own that contains the text and/or picture in question
that began before September 4th, we'll be able to review your case once
again.

Again, I truly understand your concern about this situation, and can
reopen the investigation if any additional information can be provided.

Since privacy concerns are important to everyone, we are not at liberty
to discuss the details of another user's account or our investigations.
We hope that you understand our position in this situation. We also hope
that it assures you that your personal account history will always
remain private.

Ebay is just really hard to deal with sometime when you have problems...man it take like 5 seconds to do a search on completed item..they just won't do it. It's after 5 emails later that I finally gave up and gave them the completed item.

I wonder if you took some pics of you holding the cue with a date stamp on the pic. Would that convince them that is your cue?

Good idea I was thinking of taking a picture with it with todays newspaper and email them the same day that picture, so the dates coincide. Matt

ACTUALLY, matt, i don't think that's what you need to do.

what you have to prove is that the PICS used by the ebay seller are yours. because if it's not his cue, then the question is how did he get the pics. you have to prove he grabbed those pics off the internet or something.

a pic of you holding the cue only means you have a cue just like it.

OR, i just noticed there's a odd discoloration near the joint of one shaft. just take a pic of you and that because that is pretty identifiable.

The only thing Ebay may be concerned about is the matter of a hijacked account. Ebay and Paypal look out for Ebay and Paypal. Always cover your ... Use Paypal through your credit card, and use your best judgment on what, where, to buy. This forum is a tremendous resource. Wolf
