Got my first SouthWest cue today!!

CONGRATS! :) I remember seeing that ad, maybe a week ago. Pretty fast transaction. You may want to move this to the Cue Gallery Section. Post more pics and tell us how it plays!!!!!

I'm still waiting to receive mine from thingie. I can't wait. It should be here by the first of next week.

YINGCC and HAL,

Congrats to both of you.

Keep in mind that you won't OWN your SW (or any cue) until you've hit a minimum of 10k balls with it. Until then all you've done is pay for. Once you own it you'll get a lifetime of service/enjoyment.

Doner<=========owned a SW since the late 80's:)

i can say one thing, if this had and ebony forearm i might not be able to control myself. ebony, rosewood points? and green veneers....WOW! that's my all time fav combination from southwest (like my old cue i sold back in 1988.) i still love this one as well. though some don't like green veneers in southwest cues they've always been a favorite of mine and every time i see one i have palpitations. :D congrats!

I told Shane he was crazy to sell that beauty! Yingcc, you got a great playing cue that has seen a lot of action and has won a boatload of cash!

PS- Matcase, what are you doing up so late? Don't you hogheads have to get up early? You're going to need all the rest you can get if you're going to play me!:D

Add a second to this. After you played with it a few days or weeks would also like to know what your impression of the cue is as far as feel, hit, and etc.

Congrats on your new cue and to many good games. Enjoy!

I had a great transaction with ShaneS on a nice 6 point 3 veneer South West cue. Shane replied all my questions promptly and the cue was nicely packaged and arrived the next day the payment was made.

Thanks ShaneS! :D

I'm glad that you are pleased w/ your purchase. As Andy, 1-pocket-player, said, this was an awesome cue. Not only does it play great, but it has a very unique veneer combination. I love how when the light hits it just right, the veneers glow a vibrant neon green. It's definitely not a subtle SW. Keep your eyes on it at all times!:D

Take care,
-Shane
