Yeah but it is now 44% and more importantly, there was no real plan for paying anything after 33%-This is a real good sign .

IN fact and i know ill get hammered for this, If all is paid in 9 payments-many players will have been better off than if they were paid in full at Reno. This is not to say that it is right by any stretch of the imagination and if i were a player, for planning purposes, I'd assume each payemnt was the last.

Could be wrong but i think the 33% has been paid----Feb was skipped.
