That's "Three Toes" Tommy Wainscoat.
Tommy got the name "Three Toes" from when he worked at the ship yard in Newport News, Virginia, back in the late 40's. While removing a hatch from a bulkhead he accidentally passed a cutting torch over his right foot taking off the big toe, and the one next to it. He left the ship yard with a small disability pension, and began playing One Pocket over in Norfolk.
Whenever you walked into the St. Elmo's, downtown, and saw someone across the room walking around a table going up and down, up and down, you knew it was Tommy.

After playing Joey a few time there was never a doubt. Great pic and player.
