Happy Birthday Grady

Grady you were ancient when you were 20. Unlike you, I shall ever remain...
39!

Happy Birthday. One more year, and you get to play Super Seniors.

Wow, I thought you were at least 3 days older than Baseball!

Happy Birthday Mr. Matthews and many more.

Happy Birthday, Grady!

Thanks for your contributions to the sport and more importantly for entertaining and enlightening me on AZ, Accustats, and elsewhere :)

Happy Birthday Grady. I hope that we get to see each other again, while we can both remember who we are.....

Thanks, everybody for the nice words. Here are a couple of stories about my age.
One time during my single years, I was doing an exhibition somewhere and it was one of those nights where everything went perfectly. I made all my shots, I ran eight racks on the best local player and there was an attractive lady with no wedding ring on her hand, who watched the whole show. When the demonstration was over she approached me and said, "May I ask you a question?"
"Sure," I responded
"How old are you?" she queried.
"Fifty Three," I told her.
"Oh s---, I bet my girlfriend you were over 70." So I didn't bother hitting on her.
When Randi and I went to England about five years ago, they had an over and under private betting pool on my age of 68. Of course I was only 59.
The most asked non-pool question I get is about my age. Well, that doesn't bother me. I'm just glad to still be here and in good health.
I'll see you tomorrow at the DCC, everyone who is attending.
A better question than how old Grady is, might be, how many times has Grady been married ? Does anyone know the answer to this besides Grady ?

Some of my fondest memories are of sitting in the bleachers with Grady as he handicapped matches. He didn't miss many of them by much.

Starlett and I enjoyed spending time with you at dinner in Atlanta. Happy birthday ole man. We love ya and pass the potato salad !

PS.
My wife says she can't go to sleep anymore without hearing your voice.

(On Accustats Videos, that is ...... hehe)

Happy Birthday

BTW - I think you are a good commentator

Pool could definitely could use more "GOOD" commentators.

See you at the Derby

Happy birthday

Happy Birthday Grady,
Be right there with you in 3 months, March 10, 1943. Can't wait for your ring games at DCC. Will be there Friday night in time for the first one.
Lots of luck.
