Harassment - your view please!

...and while we're on the subject, I believe you've been telling many people lately that they're on 2.

Well, I believe about a year and a half ago I declared that the whole friggin' WORLDISON2!!!!!

My lawyers will be contacting your lawyers.

Please remind your lawyers to ask Jude's lawyers if they'd like any Mr. T -themed pool tees and/or tee pees. Thanks. :)

"Key ingredient" isn't necessarily by volume

Hu...That's a hoot! Cocaine was NOT one of the "two key ingredients"...those were sugar and water! There was very little cocaine in the original Coca-Cola formula, and that was taken out when cocaine was outlawed early in the 20th century.

I can't believe Dave hasn't closed this thread, or just deleted it.

Scott,

The active ingredient in an ointment I use is only .05 percent, 1/2000 of the ointment. It is never-the-less the key ingredient. The folks at Coke added the cocaine so that their drink would have a little kick to it. In their minds it seems it was a key ingredient and they were the ones doing the naming.

Coke used to be green at first too. I don't see coke suing other soda makers for having green colored soda pop, or if Coke wasn't the first one to come out with green soda, the guy who did come up with it sue Coke for having the same colored soda.

I could have added some comments of value near the start of this thread. I trademarked my own company name. I even forced someone else that later started using the exact same name to change theirs. I know the differences between trademark and copyrights, and the proper assertions for each.

Now, 13 pages later, I can say I was sucked into watching (reading) a train wreck, with a lady doing and saying everything under the sun on a public forum to make herself look not only wrong, but slightly crazy with her repeated claims of harrassement.

The end result, my head hurts worse now than when I awoke after falling 40' off a cliff a few weeks ago. Fortunately, I have really good pain meds to help me recover from my injuries, but now I can use them also for curing the pain of having read through this whole thread.

(BTW - Kudos to JB for his very on-point comments)

I meant to ask you about your accident if you got a good shot and if your camera equipment survived. If you were working on a special shot can you link us to it.

Joey:

Thanks, I wish I could say it happened in the pursuit of some great photo, but alas, what I can put together in my fragmented memory leads to no such dramatic endeavor. One minute I was asleep in the back of the my truck on the side of the road, the next thing I remember was waking up at the bottom of a cliff. The horribly unbelievable conclusion is that in the middle of the dark cloudy desert night, I got out of my truck to water a bush, and mistook the bottom of the desert wash 40' down as just a continuation of the ground I was on, and literally never saw the edge as I apparently walked straight off the top of a cliff. -

Cheers & Thanks again for the well wishes. 3 weeks into recovery and feeling better. I can even manage to pocket a few racks here and there with my left arm in a full cast that goes past my elbow. Ironically, it's really helping me to "stay down on the shot". I might keep the cast and use it to hustle a few games down the road. :)
