the 3-ball ghost gave him the 1-out.
He plays so bad that when up against a good player he bumps 2 balls with his hand during his follow through to dog the first rack during an easy run out... then he is so bad that he dogged an easy 8 for an incredible break and run...
He is also so bad that even with the rolls he still dogged it enough to lose to a player he should beat.
