Hello everyone

tonya reyes

Miss Tonya Reyes
Good day everyone. My name is Tonya Reyes. I received my U. S. citizenship last year. I am a nurse.

I am glad to find this forum a friend told me of.

Can someone explain simply how I can post my 23 year old self photo to the left of my texts?

I must leave for work now.

I will come back from work and begin reading the thousands of pages of wonderful information on this site.

Hi Tonya

I would if I could but I've never taken the trouble to learn. I'm sure someone will be along to help you very soon.

congratulations, and welcome from Dave(The Atheist)Nelson.

welcome to az. fast lenny hit the nail on the head. you should be able to add the photo no problem.

Let's see, a 23 year old nurse named Tonya. I think she is soon going to have many new friends.
A lot of new pool instructors will be springing up in Knoxville. :)
Have fun Tonya!

Further Instruction

Welcome!!! To see the basic templete to use check out the avitars of Fast_N_Loose, The Beginner and GPeezy. And beware of Jay Helfert (he's everywhere). :grin-devilish:

compress the picture

Welcome Tonya The Nurse!

Most likely you will need to "re-size" your picture, because we can't use avatar pictures over a certain KB. If you have Microsoft Office you should have Microsoft Picture Manager within that suite of programs. Open it, click on edit picture, click "compress for web pages", and save it. Then you can upload it for your avatar.

Be advised that the more risque your picture the more the green boxes will sprout quickly. (not that I advocate such blatant mis-use of sexuality)

:p

Welcome to the forum Tonya. At your earliest convenience you need to have Jay Helfert tatooed on your body... use your imagination for where to place it. Will explain later.

Congratulations on receiving your U.S. citizenship!

Well, many of the testosterone filled "boys" are obviously eager to see your picture and while I cannot deny it is always nice to see a new female's picture grace our the main forum, I would also like to know from which country you hail from.

Your last name famously precedes you, at least in our circle of friends.
Looking forward to your contributions as time permits.

Best Wishes,
JoeyA

Calm down man! You'll scare her off.

I think you're probably from the Philippines. You do know there are some pretty good women players over there. One of them recently finished second in a Women's pro event here in the states.

Welcome Tanya...it is always great to see another woman plover of the sport and contributor to the forums. :)

Watch the lads scatter when they find out that up until a month ago Tonya Reyes used to be Tony. A. Reyes

Thank you all for welcoming me. I am like a child in a candy store reading all of the thrilling infoirmation on the site. So much!

My mother was a Vietnamese refuge in the P.I. and my father was a Chinese living in the P.I. Reyes was his Philippine name and Lin was his Chinese name. I sometimes use both in correspondence. You may call me as my American citizenship calls me, Tonya Reyes.

We are so glad to arrive in America and finally to beocme real Americans. There is so much opportunity in America compared to the P.I. A nice heart felt feeling to know when I leave my home that it will not be broken into by my nice neighbors.

No time now to talk or post my photo. Much thanks to the men who told me how to place my photo here. I shall make an attempt later.

Going to read the site now and learn. Hope to improve my game. I have learned so much in 2 years, my friends tell me. I have lots more to learn.

Mabuhay ang America.

Tonya

Have Fun.
