Looks exactly like a KC Custom cue but they "usually" have KC engraved on the butt end of the cue.

Looks like a knockoff KC or such.

BTW Adam has also created a cheap line with that ringwork in all the same positions. Replica sort of.

Coker uses only a 3/8x10 pin to the best of my knowledge, at least the many many cues I have seen have had that pin. The cue in question is without a doubt probably a KC, Kaiser...etc. I bought a few on Ebay several years ago for around $189 to $200 and sold them for $100 each. All the ones I bought were wrapless and they were not bad cues really, chnged the tip and retapered the shafts and they played fine.
 
KC Cue

Ditto, not a bad cue for the money. I use one for a breaker, works fine.
