Help ID'ing this Little Guy!

Just got this conversion cue and this Little Guy appeared on the forearm during the process of finishing. Does anyone recognize him. Everyone I've asked says he looks familiar but cannot put a name on him.

I really don't know who it is. I really like your guess. It could be him as a kid? Link was very interesting. Cue was very fertile last night, first time using it. Any more guesses, everyone says it looks familiar.

It looks like a porcupine. But Porcupine Cues used a different porcupine logo on the butt caps.

I'm told he resembles Calvin of "Calvin and Hobbes" fame. That's good enough for me.
