First off, as interesting as all that is... it is still largely hearsay and rumors - the stuff that libel lawsuits are filed for. I certainly hope that doesn't happen.
Secondly, I sorta know Jackie. She's quite the cutie, I could see most any guy wanting to lay his mitts on her.
I also know her hubby, and know he wouldn't stand for such shenanigans with his wife. :/

Yes, of course. That's where they formed the Corporation. FYI, DE is the #1 State for forming a Corporation - that's where mine is too. You can even do it online for a nominal fee.
But that's totally different from a Business License. Depending on the State, you must show your Biz License to get a Biz Telephone #, or open a Bank Account, or establish a Merchant Account (for processing CC payments), etc, sometimes even to Lease space.

KT sponsored the IPT if its true on paper someone else can decide.
The IPT was just the organizing structure for pool players to be unified.
Did the IPT act in a unprofessional manner, no its just a brand name.

Was KT following the orders of another person. No each time he said he is paying for the IPT out of his own pocket.
His pocket was not deep enough to run the IPT. Whose fault is it the players didnt get paid? Not the players, some of them put money up to play in IPT events.

Does everyone remember that originally the IPT was going to do lots of "behind the scenes" filming to make a reality TV show and many people here were asking whether non-pool fans would watch it? My guess is that with all this crazy stuff going on behind the scenes it would have been the hit of the century
As has been said here before thanks so much to Eydie for the report but the sexual assault stuff is just terrible. I certainly didn't see that coming.
