What makes him a world class pool player and his is to billiards what Jordan was to basketball?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
If that is the case, why don't his cues demand the kinds of prices Schick, Manzino, Black Boar cues do? Heck, and this is not a slight, there are Scruggs cues floating around that go for the same prices...........

the asian guy was using a predator cue and shaft. and i think eric was playing with his own cue...it might have been the one he donated to TAR.
I watched him play the whole match and he doesnt play that great.
the point is that i saw him play.
and to answer your other question, i think it does take a good pool player to make a good pool cue. if you cant play well, how would you know what to look for in a pool cue?? these are just my opinions mind you, but thats how i feel and it makes sense to me.
his cues are definitely easy on the eyes, but i havent hit with one, therefore i will make no judgement on that part.

You must have read that book " How to influence friends and piss on others." I know several people who after watching you play could probably say " you can't play for sheet." .. But they wouldn't. They have more class than to try and humiliate others who are respected on this forum. And from your thread, I can promise repect is not something you will have ... pissin in the pool.thomba02 said:

Just because you saw a guy have a bad outing in vegas doesn't really give you all the info on his game. As a part-time player, a full time dad and husband, and cue maker let's look at some stats. Out of the 28 weeks of our bca league he played 25, out of those 25 weeks he had 28 run outs, held an average of 7.34 with 8 being the highest, 96 wins 29 losses, and a total of 918 pts.
I respect his game, playing with him and against him has really helped me improve my game.
There's just no way you can watch someone play a couple times and come to an accurate conclusion of how good a player is.

Great start there noob. collecting red reps from the sideline... not a single one from me, either. I don't know anyone that doesn't have issues of some sort. Mine are pissin on people who piss on others. Everyone can try to courteously explain away your insults until the cows come home, but your replies are what they are, standing your ground with more insults. I guess sttarting a thread calling down Eric Crisp's game on this "public forum" isn't the way to get good reps around these parts there cowboy. Unfortunately I think I was playing on the other table at the time as one of Eric's teammates. That simply turned into a rough match.
Anyway what happened at the time that Eric missed was I rattled a shot and I stood up in disgust to smack my head. The movement distracted Eric enough to just miss the shot. FYI I don't believe that Eric's game was the match loser.
Also Eric does play with one of his cues, just as I do.......

I'm just a guy who enjoys the game. Isn't that what league is about? Thanks for ruining that for me. As for my cues, don't ever buy one. They'll make you miss eight balls uncontrollably. It's terrible what these things do to a master player's game. Once you become human & get a life like the rest of us has beens & never weres, and your game falls apart due to the time you spend with your wife & children instead of the table, then come talk to me & we'll see if one of my cues will work for you.
Just kidding. I'm not sure who you are but I know everybody I spoke to in my last match were gentlemen. I would like to think your intentions were good & things came out wrong. No biggie. I can give it as well as take it. No harm, no foul, no offense taken. Hopefully i'll see you again next May & we can have a beer.
