i think i have my next all around opponent in mind.my sponsor called me and said jon kucharo walked up to the ob booth in vegas and asked what would you pay efren to play with your cues.royce said basically something to the effect of ,we have a player already and we are happy with him.kucharo replies and im not going to put words in his mouth but basically yeah john schmidt is your sponsored player , ha, i can beat him.well players bad mouthing me behind my back is nothing new.the thing is kucharo saw me 4-5 times while i was there in vegas for the bca tourney even coming up to me in the ob booth and saying hi and asking how things have been going.what i cant stand is someone acting nice to me and then as soon as i go 3000 miles away he comes up and basically tells my sponsor i suck and he would beat me gambling.now just to make sure im not being two faced or misunderstood, here goes.now john kucharo is a great player.i say that so people dont think im picking on some bplayer or something like that.im simply saying if jon kucharo wants to play me the next action all around for 20,000 ill play.also ill say that to your face jon the next time i see you and not wait until you are 3000 miles away. now the next 10 replies are probably going to be something to the effect of jon kucharo is so great and has more talent than anybody etc etc.i know he plays great but if anybody likes his end of a all around match with me for 20,000 i am not hard to find.14.1 ,1hole,10ball on 9ft.

Kucharo thinks he can beat schmidt. If you've seen the movie shawshank redemption the part where he escapes through that long tunnel of human wastes. I would crawl through that tunnel to give kucharo the 8.

Wow how things have changed

I remember back 15 years ago before the internet was prominent. I would be at the pool hall seeing two pros or former pros jawing back and forth. It would usually go something like this:

A: You can't beat me.....I'll mug you any day of the week
B: Whatever I'll play you a $100 a rack right now

A: Screw that how about a race to 5 for a thousand
B: You cheap skate how about race to 5 for 10 grand

A: Fine I'll see you tomorrow at 5pm
B: Yes you will see me there and make it new 100 dollar bills

I would see this at least once a month and considering that I was 18 then it amazed the hell out of me that someone could bet 10k on anything. Actually it still amazes me

Bringing down a horse-not

I racked the balls for JK during the IPT qualifiers, He is best at 8-ball,and on the diamond tables he made balls on the break with runout possibilities on 98 racks from 100 consecutive breaks. He lost his cue spotting some guy the 7 on the bar box,yr or 2 back. Was trying to get his personal life together in the quad cities- He was like most pool players (short of cash). JS would have the best of it-unless JS chocked his brains out. I don't blame JS for wanting an easyier game.!!!!It is all about the cash anyway isn't it. Maybe with 3-1 odds someone might put up a few thousand but not even for 10 Grand!!!! mark Keep coming back to AZ JS mark
