how would holly work for the forearm. I like the way it looks but do not
see it used very often. It is so white seems like it could make a real cool
looking cue. Wondering if there is some problem using it for the forearm.

Core it and add some metal to the cue. One of the big projects would be keeping it clean once you get down to final size. Most epoxy sealers will turn the holly yellow so you'd have to get it sealed with something water clear as soon as it is to size.

I like it for point stock next to ebony. I seal the heck out of it with schelak for keeping it clean during air sanding.

Thats why kitchen appliances are white. To match the wedding dress.
My wife will never see this post either. Otherwise I would be on kitchen detail
for 10 years or so.
