I have 2 questions
1. How difficult is it to do yourself (is it worth it)
2. How much on average would a custom cue maker or repairman charge
I just want to make it a simple 2 pc probably no wrap.
That how it starts.
Be careful, you are getting very close to getting sucked into the black hole.
Once you make saw dust and smell the fresh cut wood, it's all over
I love this cue. I really learned how to play on it. Used to take it to local tournaments until I bought a Mcd and then my Viking. I was messing around with it the other day and just wanted to start using it again. I don't want to carry it as a 1 pc. I don't have a lathe but I know people who do. I would like to do it myself. Figure I'll practice on another stick and then do it. Thanks for the feed back
It won't be the same after you make it a 2-piece.
