This one is a Jim White and though I will play with it now and again as I do all my cues, it is primarily a collector. In this case it is not tailored to my particular likes and dislikes, but cues on the secondary market rarely are. If you know the cue Zeeder had, it is that one.JAM said:I kind of figured that!
Congratulations on winning the cue!
As an aside, knowing how particular KM is on his cue -- skinny butt, long taper, 4.0-plus ounce shaft, hard tip, forward balance, Irish linen wrap, and 20-plus ounce in weight -- I often wondered when people do win pool cues if they are put to good use.
In other words, when a cue is a prize in a raffle, it isn't necessarily tailored for your likes and dislikes, or is it?

I have only won 1 other cue, a production line Joss cue which I sold for a little under it's retail value. This one I won't be selling unless I fall upon very hard times or maybe when I bubble to the top of Joel Hercek waiting list.
I think somebody who plays at the level Keith does has to be more particular about what he is playing with. His game is so precisely tuned that I venture a guess it has a bigger effect on him to change his weapon.

I've not been here long but I'm a AZ junkie ... Not sure if I should be posting this here on in the drug addiction thread. I keep thinking sooner or later it will grow old but as of yet it has not ... I still manage to be on here several hours a day... I'm hooked ... Do they have rehabs for this ???

It's a habit, I think, being hooked up to the Internet for work reasons, searching on Google for correct spellings, et cetera.![]()
This is a blind poll, meaning nobody will know how you voted. So even the lurkers can be comfortable casting their votes.
How long do you spend on this forum? I am interested to see how the membership, at least those who read this thread, vote.![]()
And be truthful!![]()

I must admit that in the morning time, as I'm sipping my Pleasant Morning Buzz coffee, I like reading this forum. Some folks like to read The Wall Street Journal or The Washington Post. Me, I like reading AzBilliards.![]()
During the hiatuses, I initially felt the void and experienced a little angst looking for some worthy morning reading material as I was trying to wake up.![]()
After a week or two, though, I didn't miss it at all.
I have met many AzBilliards lurkers who state they will never post on the forum because once they start, then they have to keep checking back for any and all responses, and it represents, for lack of a better word, a mental commitment. Not posting and just reading, in other words, seemed like a better fit for the lurkers.
At any rate, I'm on here now procrastinating a horrible job that I have already decided I can't finish today.![]()
I've been on here off and on at least 12 hours today since I woke up.![]()
