How many bans are we allowed

The standard for banning seem to vary depending on who you are. There are a few posters on the NPR forum who post vet racist and personal attacks and never get banned. They are really great at dishing out vicious statement buts cannot take incoming. They have thousand such post but will complain and cause bans for other posters.

I see a couple of those NPR guys are now posting here in the main forum still with the same confrontational attitudes. I won't call them by name because Mike Howerton was kind enough to lift my lifetime ban recently. But you know who they are. It might also be asked whether the standards applied for banning are the same for everybody?

1. Shameless promotion of JB's product c/w banner ad
2. Endless posting about anything so you can get your post count up
3. Ridiculous ideas etc.

...but bringing Fast Larry back. Well you definitely need a history lesson or heavy narcotics.

Obviously, you've never been on the end of one of FL's stalking rants. I have and so have many others here. No body who has had a lot of experience around FL would want him back, ever. And, if I or anyone else had to explain why to you it wouldn't make any difference. The guy is just plain sick/nuts. All you have to do to get on his bad side is disagree with him and since he is a compulsive liar, that ain't hard to do.
Jimbo, on the other hand, I've met in person and like. It's not hard to get banned if you have a habit of saying what you think, regardless of who disagrees with you.
