What are they, and if more than (1). Why the need for more than (1) Pool Cue Case? :D

Think I am up to 4 again, but one is the Other Half Case.........;)

I have 5:

1x1/1x2/2x4 (dependant upon how hard I make 'em fit) soft side Joss case that doesn't get used - just stores the ol' Joss
1x1 cheap tube for the McDermott
1x2 Ron Thomas ostrich w/ strap & pouch for the strictly 1p days when I don't need anything but a cue
2x4 Jim Murnak which I carry break/play/jump cues for usual play
3x5 that used to be the daily but just sits in a closet

One Justis Custom 2x4 (non pro lite)
Jim Murnack (3x6)
J and J America 12x24 Dealer Case
J and J " 24X24 Dealer Case
2x4 Porper
A couple of other cheap 2x4 cases and a few 12 box cases that I have not used for years.
Why so many?? Why Not! I am a junkie!!!!!

Porper 12x24 (now nearly empty since I lost cuestickitis)
Justis 2x4 (playing case)
Brunswick Its George 2x4 (should sell it, it never gets used)
Its George Soft Case (on permanent loan to a buddy)

I could really use to get a 1x2 case like the Justis roadrunner model.

how many cases have I

I was embarassed enough with the how many cues quiz (only 4)! Now we have to 'fess up on cases?

I have 3 cases:
a 1x1 (some would say 1x2) Thomas
a 2x4 It's George (really can't get 4 shafts in there though, too tight!)
a 2x4 Porper
..all of them are black. The Thomas & Its George are leather. You can see, if you do the math, that I DO have spare case room for one more cue...

an Instroke Buffalo 3x5... my main case

a Porper vinyl 2x2... now sitting dormant

a couple old soft/cloth McDermott's from early on

and a couple Predador cloth sleeves that come with their BKs

I have three currently:

2x4 Jim Murnak Vintage
2x4 It's George
2x4 noname tube case

Need to get:

Justis Prolite (2x4 or 3x6)
Whitten (2x4 or 3x6)
Ron Thomas 2x4

6 Cases All Black

Most of them are used for Storage:

Instroke Premier 1x2
Instroke Cowboy 2x3
Talisman Tribabl 2x4
Old Schmelke Box case 1x2
Whitten 2x4
Whitten 1x2 ( the case I bring to the pool hall)

too many

I have probably 11. Mostly just cheap stuff like action. Couple of Instrokes, a quisseppe. They range from 1b/1s to 3b/5 shaft and between. And my newest case, the 12b/24 shaft;

Why so many, well I have a lot of sticks. Just recently decided to put most of em in one storage case. So Now I have a closet full of empty cases.

3x6 - I think it is a porper
several soft cases. All of them came with cues I have purchased. Some ebay cues came with them. A garage sale cue came with one. Etc..

I only need one. The 3x6 has held up for several years. It is in very good condition and I don't take care of it like I want it to last. I'm pretty sure I'll be using it for many more years to come. Maybe I'll be burried with it...

Probably 3 to many!

Well three of them are really nothing to look at, but...

1. Old soft case, you know the one's that look like a bow? What's inside you ask?...well it's a prized RED Aluminum, (YES ALUMINUM), hollow shaft, screw on tip/ferule combo, plastic butt cue, (I was like 11 or 12)...

2. Hard oval tube fauxed to look like leather! Inside? A prized 1980's Cuetec Graphite...hey, hold on it's getting better!

3. Joe Porpor 2x2. Inside, and an Original Meucci Gambler and Fury with Triangle hard tip for breaking...

4. Instroke Premier 2x2. Inside, a Schon STL4 and a Fury J/B...

5. Instroke Buffalo 3x5. Inside, Schon LTD 916 and Cocobolo Jerico Stinger.

Well, that's as good as it gets! :D

here's my favorite -

Bob Frey Sneaky Pete
J&J Phenolic Jump Break
Players Modified Jump Break
Balabushka GB-1
Players red with white points.

First three I keep in my Instroke 3x5 Buffalo
Last one I keep in a Porper 1x1 (for the wife)
The production Balabushka stays hung up on the wall as it was the cue that I learned the most with.

I have about 50 cases.

Palmer, Fellini, Centennials, Swift, Justis, George, Brunswick's, Hueblers, O'Neil, "leathercraft" old hard luggage case, and some misc.

Many of these came with cues in sets. I use Porper 12 X 24's to keep my collection.

i have 3.........a 3x5 action elite soft/hard that i love, so light but carries all i need

i have a 4x6 that my gf bought me that i use for storage.

just bought a 1x2 imperial off ebay cheap, going to keep a sneaky pete with a pred shaft in it and throw it in the car for the next time i pass a pool room and have time to kill.

im looking for a big dealers case cheap right now, like the 12x24 dealers case, im not going to accumulate a bazillion cases just for storage.

my last cue case buy will prob be a custom justis or murnack, my game is almost to the point where i feel i deserve one of those.
