So no age group for Travis Trotter???

Im just about 27. Now that Im a father, I feel 40. But maybe thats the lack of sleep and responsibility kicking in.

I think you may have hit on something, there. Maybe responsibility isn't a great thing you learn as you get older. MAYBE, it's actually a lack of sleep acting to prevent more mishaps (and ultimately, more lack of sleep), by making sure you remember every little awful detail of the last time it happened that way... Hence, different actions the second time around. (or third, if you're a little slower)

Well, I am pretty sure I'm 47, but I quit counting when I got past 21. Nothing great to celebrate after that and no real reason to remember, so I figured I didn't have a need to keep up with it. It doesn't seem to help me play pool any better, whether I know or not. :frown:

With only 311 AZer's posting out of 8,000, the pole doesn't really tell us much. If anything it might tell us less than 5% post in polls here. Maybe only 10% post on threads and the other 90% skip the thread, read and do not respond, or read and laugh. I don't think there are 1000 that post on here once a week or more. Johnnyt

I am 33 and I feel every bit of it. (maybe more)

<--Probably because I have sat on my ass and made 2500 posts on AZ

50 years old!!!

I figure I better answer soon before I get bumped up to the next age group, in a couple of weeks.

One thing I've learned in all my years is you're only young once, but you can be immature forever.

As long as that doesn't translate to pounds on your ass, you are fine... lol
Congrats on reaching 2500...

Good thoughts...

When I was getting "older" I had some concerns, but I found this quote and have lived by it since.

"Youth is not a time of life - it is a state of mind. It is not a matter of red cheeks, red lips and supple knees. It is a temper of the will; a quality of the imagination; a vigor of the emotions; it is a freshness of the deep springs of life. Youth means a tempermental predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over a life of ease. This often exists in a man of fifty, more than in a boy of twenty. Nobody grows old by merely living a number of years; people grow old by deserting their ideals." - Samuel Ullman

Jus sayin'

I am 35, first 24 years in Northern Ireland and the last 11 in Philly (back in Northern Ireland our sports teams used to win stuff!!!). Always thought of myself as a snooker player but the last tournament I played in was in 1997 so I don't know how much longer I can hang onto that. Maybe if this US snooker tour kicks off I can make a comeback!

So, shouldn't you be 5twice not 12squared?

LOL. You do know that 12squared is my last name, don't you? Gross (12 dozen). And I won't be 5twice, the speed limit, or double nickle until November so please don't rush it ;).
