When we are young, we just want one that looks good, nevemind how it plays.

As we mature, we find one that fits us well, even if it's a bit plain compared to some.

A bit later on, we find another one we like better, and trade it in the For Sale section.

When I was younger I went years just playing off the wall. Some nights I'd get lucky and the first one I picked suited me just fine and other nights I'd go through several before finding one that felt good.

Are you sure?

My husband has an old collectible Benson. Its alittle heavy and the butt is a little big. But its shoots straight and is beautiful. Worth some money too.

We start out liking smaller butts but usually end up playing with the big ones.

Most players prefer the lighter over the heavier.

I like a rock hard tip. If it weren't for the tip the breast would be pointless.

Implants are just cosmetic. You never notice them when you are stroking.

Refinishes take away the value. The battle scars show the real beauty and character.

I want to see mine wrapless. Wraps are used to cover up flaws and I don't like a tease.

Some are all show and no go.
 
It's also best to take a cloth and wipe them down when you are done playing with them. That way you keep the inside of the case clean,also known as the old bag.:D

Well, let me think...

First we all want one that looks great.

The top has to feel good in our fingers and butt has to be nice to hold onto.

The better looking/feeling ones cost more to get and maintain.

We spend crazy money for something nice to put them in just to go out.

When we get nice ones, we like to show them off to everyone.

Nothing like being the first one to play with them.

Once we are done playing with it, we don't really want to sleep with it. Just put it away until next time.

And in the end, it comes down to how it feels when we hit it.

There, I think I pigged it up enough for today.

Oh, and one last one... There is some days of the month, I can't hit either one.

Another one... They both can leave you broke and sleeping in strange places.

And now matter how long you have one, you can never figure it out.

I unzip my bag, pull out my stick and start strokin for hours. Okay, sometimes only for a few minutes.

Mine is sort of quiet and shy (plain and simple), but once it gets behind closed doors, it turns into an animal. :D

Cues and wives

Since I may be the only one on here that has had more wives than cues (and I've had five really nice cues) let me say this: There are a lot of similarties between the two, but there is one MAJOR difference. when it comes time to get rid of them, with one you actually have a chance to recoup some of your investment, the other will most certainly cost you more than what you already have invested.
