Team Europe broke and made a ball. Had a shot but then on his first shot Drago bumps the 6 ball with his cue stick and gives Team USA BIH. (they are playing all ball fouls).

Team USA runs out to win 5-3 to end the first day session.

If USA was only going to win one match today, then the last was the one to want. It gives us a tad of momentum...

double post on a frozen system. Had to clear my cookies, perhaps from the 3 or 4 sites I was trying to get streaming from. Maybe others froze too...

A disappointing first day but at least Johnny & Earl gave us something to rally around for tomorrow.

Looked like Europe was ready to take on the world - confidence up and shooting solid.

I am sure the wanker who was messing with Earl was not any of the Maltese people,probably someone from Europe,they travel just to have some fun with Earl and cheer Europe on. :p
 
Johhny and Earl shot pretty good IMO, not incredible, but pretty darn good. Drago had a tough go of it with the 6 ball stick foul and the 1 ball gaf - and that was all we needed to bring it home on a close match.

Plenty of match left! Thank God we got this one or the mood and the mountain would have been rough!!!!!

More likely it was someone from America who got annoyed with Earl because he wouldn't tell him where the nearest McDonald's was.
