I Would love to see SVB play

My favorite match-ups are still SVB vs. F. Bustamante or SVB vs. Yang, 10-ball race to 100.

Two great choices.

I would also like to see SVB vs. Chia Ching Wu. It could be a battle of the big breakers..

SVB Vs Busta would be a killer match. Johnnyt
If Busta played the way he played against Corey then Shane would have his hands full, especially 8 ball. ;)

I agree with you Lenny. SVB had a great run in tournaments and action, there is no questioning that. But so did Earl, Johnny A., Reyes, Mike S., Alex, and many, many more over the years. If he gets any better than he is now in 8,9, and 10-ball I'll eat my words. He's had a great run for sure, but nothing the above players haven't done already. Again I'm not bashing Shane. He's a great player and will be for as long as he still wants to win, but I don't see him steamrolling through the major tournaments again this year. There is always a new sheriff in town. Johnnyt

what kills me is that one previous post said"battle of the big breakers" then mentioned WU, and another post lumped archer in with a bunch of has beens. HOW ABOUT SVB VS ARCHER? F*** kid delicious, put the scorpion in the box

If hatch plays the way that he played in last years turning stone event , there isnt anybody that could be him! i think he shot like a 990 or something. He made one error the hole set, he played incredible pool

Svb

I had the pleasure of seeing SVB play & win at the 2007 US Open in Cheasapeake, VA. and as an older long time pool fan he impressed me more than any young player i've ever seen. Believe me he has all of the tools to beat anyone. He never appeared nervous and his game never fell off during the matches. He's a champion and he's going to be around a long time. He's already beaten some of the icons of pool at the TAR events in long races which really tell who's the better player. Francisco vs Shane would be a good match to watch, but i'd pick Shane to win.......
