Even if he doesn't win, he still deserves it. He could also be the shot in the
arm the American pool's been waiting for. All it takes is one US pool player to
break into the mainstream and everything will fall into place.

He was close to perfect against Alcano last night. Poetry in motion. A very beautiful exhibition. Flawless, graceful, mesmerizing as he almost floated around the table. Watching him made me cry just as does hearing certain musical passages. I've never witnessed anything like that... it was truly beautiful.
