When he comes up too you:
Say yes, i will play for 5.00 a game.
If he chuckles and walks away, pro level money player
If he says okay, then beats your brains in...A player.. Tournament minded
If he says okay and loses 20-40 hustler....
No B/C player is walking around asking strangers to match up...So eliminate those two right off the bat.
Moral of this lesson? If your worried about which one he is, then you can't win. {: Its a hustler or a A+ player.

But I think I understand what you're going for, so I voted anyway.
He's probably a good player and has you clocked perfectly. Someone has steered him to you. Slow play him then ask for some weight.
