Ted Harris - my every day/minute player. Dont worry buddy....everybody that hits with my cue loves it(even though I have a slightly modified taper :) had a top player shooting balls with it last night and they(like everybody else) loved it
 
i'd get my chickens foot and some pig blood, raise Harvey Martin from the dead.....and have him do it.
 
Man this is such a tough call. The 3 cue makers I know would probably hook me up because they know own everything I like. Then there is the super elite guys that make monsters.

I'd probably have to go with Barry though if there was a gun pointed at me.
 
I can't imagine playing with anything but my Scruggs but....
If I had to choose, It would be a Tascarella.
 
Larry Vigus makes my cues the way he wants
he says I don't need to mess things up

I like bid wood screws,he says you play just as good with my normal pin

I explained I need a billiard taper,he says we have been making them the other way for some time
and you didn't even know it

Turns out I didn't

I love the cues ,so maybe that is the best way to get a good cue
I think the less input I have,the better the cue

Jack Potter used to have a very strict list of requirements
he even made libra cues
made his own cues

never got one he liked,i suggested maybe it was his requirements were off

He said i didn't know what i was talking about

with cue makers like these ,one must have thick skin
