If you had to choose 1 cue, and 1 cue only to play with for the rest of your life, what would you pick. I dont have a lot of experience with different makers, just thought it would be an interesting topic.
I have to laugh at this thread, not at the OP, but at the thread.
One of my best buds, Brian Roberts, would call me occasionally and tell me he has found the "perfect" cue. This was going to be the last cue and it was best he had ever played with, etc, etc.
In less than a year, often around 6 months, he would call me and sell me the cue...., because he had found the next "perfect" cue.
I have had most of my "keeper" cues for years, with hundreds of "flipper" cues along the way.
I am playing with the Gus Hoppe cue, and like Brian Roberts, I don't see me ever playing with another cue full time. (Check back in 6 months to a year).

I'd like to have my old Meucci Original back from 1984. It was stolen out of my son's car a long time ago...in 1992.
That cue did not hit like a Meucci. It was one of a kind.:wink:
